The best Princess cut diamond for $8k is this 1.71 carat diamond, with I color and SI1 clarity. The diamond is an Ideal cut Princess diamond, and it sells for $8,070.
It is actually a bit difficult recommending this diamond as the best diamond for $8k, considering yesterday’s diamond for $7k was larger and had a better clarity rating. The truth is though that you can never compare any two diamonds – doing so is like comparing apples and oranges. While yesterday’s diamond was larger and cleaner, today’s diamond has other factors, such as the GIA certificate rather than EGL, it is an ideal cut diamond, rather than Very Good.
Feb. 9: Today’s recommended diamond is the best Princess cut diamond for $7k.
The best Princess cut diamond for $7k is this 2 carat diamond, with I color and VS2 clarity. The diamond is a Very Good cut Princess diamond, and it sells for $7,221.
While you don’t get to see the picture of the actual diamond on Zoara, you do get great value. This diamond, for example, is 2 carat. Similar diamonds for this price range on James Allen are only in the range of 1.5 carats. Though the Zoara diamond is certified by the EGL, which is very respectable, but not at the level of the GIA.
Feb. 8: Today’s recommended diamond is the best Princess cut diamond for $6k.
The best Princess cut diamond for $6k is this 1.72 carat Princess cut diamond, with I color and VS2 clarity. The diamond is a Very Good (Premium) cut Princess diamond, and it sells for $5,712.
I selected a diamond from Zoara because James Allen did not have one in the range I was looking at, a range based on the combination of price with specific color and clarity levels. Zoara diamonds are also priced a little bit lower than JA on average, so for a similar priced stone you will be getting a slightly nicer diamond with Zoara, or with a similar detailed diamond you will usually get a better price. With Zoara though, just like most diamond sellers online, you don’t get to see the actual diamond online, though they do display the certificate online.

I love the Princess cut diamond because the way it is cut, the way the facets are designed, it covers up so much of the internal issues. What might be more visible in another diamond cut is invisible in the Princess cut.
Feb. 6: Today’s recommended diamond is the best Princess cut diamond for $4500.
The best Princess cut diamond for $4500 is this 1.20 carat diamond, with I color and VS2 clarity. The diamond is a Premium cut Princess diamond, and it sells for $4,410.

The Table and Depth are both a little bit ont he large side, but in the Princess cut that often makes for greater brillinance as long as it is cut well. I debated between this and another that had slightly better dimensions, but this one, I think is a much nicer looking diamond. And it is beautifully clean.

This diamond is a beatiful diamond, even though it is only a Good cut diamond. the proportions are not the best for brilliance, but besides for that it is great – no fluorescence, a great shape and ratio, and the clarity level is VS2 – no more need be said about that.
